<div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-weight: bold;">Anemia </span>occurs when the amount of red blood cells is abnormally low. Red blood cells contain hemoglobin which is responsible for the supply of oxygen to the body. If there are fewer red blood cells there is obviously less hemoglobin. This means that the various organs and tissues in your body are not receiving a sufficient amount of oxygen. This prompts your lungs (and heart) to function at an abnormally elevated rate to compensate for the lack of oxygen.<br /></div><br /><div style="text-align: justify;">The body requires iron vitamin B12 and frolic acid to produce red blood cells. Therefore a decrease or lack of any of these will lead to anemia. The most commonly found type of anemia is iron deficiency anemia. This deficiency can occur if the body loses blood at a very rapid rate as in the case of stomach ulcers or an unusually heavy menstrual flow. A diet low in iron can also be responsible for anemia.<br /></div><span class="fullpost"><br /><span style="font-weight: bold;">Symptoms of Iron Defficiency:</span><br /><div style="text-align: justify;">People with lower levels of iron often complain of weakness, easy fatigue and constant irritability. Heartburn, flatulence, abdominal pain, soreness in the mouth, numbness and palpitation of the heart, short of breath slow healing of wounds, and palpitations dull and tired looking eyes, poor memory ,headache,  lack of energy and dizziness are other symptoms associated with iron deficiency. The skin and mucous membranes look pale<br /></div><br /><div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-weight: bold;">Anemia Advice :</span> Although the symptoms you describe are some of those associated with anemia, it would be more appropriate if you were to get a medical examination by a good doctor and determine that your symptoms are actually associated with anemia and nothing else. This is necessary because the symptoms you describe could actually be attributed to something else just as easily. .<br /></div><br /><span style="font-weight: bold;">Anemia Treatment: </span><br /><div style="text-align: justify;">In case you do have anemia, you would need to follow a dedicated course of treatment as well as the home remedies that would easily be able to help you out.<br /></div><ul style="text-align: justify;"><li>Along with taking Iron supplements, an anemic patient is generally urged to have foods that are high in iron. You must increase your intake of foods rich in vitamin C, as this is one nutrient that will help with iron absorption in your body. This would include citrus fruits, which can be had in juice or full form. </li><li>First of all you must stop taking things that will hinders iron absorption such as cut back on your intake of tea and coffee and all caffeine-related substances, antacids, Stop Smoking.</li><li>Another simple measure to make certain you get your share of iron is to try and cook in iron utensils. This is also considered to be one of the healthiest and most hygienic ways of adsorbing iron in your body.   </li></ul><span style="font-weight: bold;">Iron Supplements Diet:<br /></span><div style="text-align: justify;">Maintain a healthy balanced diet, rich in sources of iron such as green peas, chickpeas lean beef, skinned poultry, liver, egg yolks,pork, shellfish , fish,. For vegetarians, rich sources of iron in foods include fresh green leafy vegetables lentils, split peas, beet, spinach,  figs, dates, dried peaches, apricots, nuts, peanut butter raisins and whole grain peas prunes breads broccoli, blackeyes<br /></div><br /><div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-weight: bold;">Apart from this</span><br /></div><ul style="text-align: justify;"><li>Drink 1 cup of beetroot juice of 1 cup of fresh apple juice mixed with a spoonful of honey every day. </li><li>Another effective remedy for iron deficiency is a mixture of apple and tomato juice consumed daily. </li><li>Soak 10 currants overnight, de-seed them and have them every morning for 3 weeks to fight anaemia. </li><li>Eating fresh salads and honey helps to increase the iron levels by increasing the haemoglobin levels in the body. Vitamin C also helps in absorption of iron, as do Vitamins B1, B2, B6 and P.</li></ul><div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-weight: bold;">Anaemia home remedies and natural cures</span><br /></div><ul style="text-align: justify;"><li>Vitamin B12 is needed for preventing or curing anaemia. This vitamin is usually found in animal protein, especially in meats such as kidney and liver. There are, however, other equally good sources of vitamin BI2 such as dairy products which also contain some B12 .</li></ul><ul style="text-align: justify;"><li>Beets are very helpful in curing anaemia. Beet juice contains potassium, phosphorus, calcium, sulphur, iodine, iron, copper, carbohydrates, protein, fat, vitamins B1 B2, B6, niacin, and vitamin P. With their high iron content, beets help in the formation of red blood cells. The juice of red beet strengthens the body's powers of resistance and has proved to be an excellent remedy for anaemia, especially for children and teenagers, where other blood-forming remedies have failed.</li></ul><div>          </div><ul style="text-align: justify;"><li>The leaves of fenugreek help in blood formation. The cooked leaves should be taken by adolescent girls to prevent anaemia, which may occur due to the onset of puberty and menstruation. The seeds of fenugreek are also a valuable cure for anaemia, being rich in iron.</li></ul><div style="text-align: justify;">          </div><ul style="text-align: justify;"><li>Lettuce is another effective remedy for this ailment as it contains a considerable amount of iron. It can, therefore, be used as a good tonic food for anaemia. The iron in it is easily absorbed by the body.</li></ul><div style="text-align: justify;">          </div><ul style="text-align: justify;"><li>This leafy vegetable is a valuable source of high grade iron. After its absorption, it helps in the formation of haemoglobin and red blood cells. It is thus beneficial in building up the blood, and in the prevention and treatment of anaemia.</li></ul><div style="text-align: justify;">          </div><ul style="text-align: justify;"><li>Soyabean is rich in iron and also has a high protein value. As most anaemic patients usually also suffer from a weak digestion, it should be given to them in a very light form, preferably in the form of milk, which can be easily digested.</li></ul><div style="text-align: justify;">          </div><ul style="text-align: justify;"><li>Almonds contain copper to the extent of 1.15 mg per 100 gm. The copper along with iron and vitamins, acts as a catalyst in the synthesis of haemoglobin. Almonds are, therefore, a useful remedy for anaemia. Seven almonds should be soaked in water for about two hours and ground into a paste after removing the thin red skin. This paste may be eaten once daily in the morning for three months.</li></ul><div style="text-align: justify;">          </div><ul style="text-align: justify;"><li>Black sesame seeds, as a rich source of iron, are valuable in anaemia. After soaking one teaspoon of the seeds in warm water for a couple of hours, they should be ground and strained, and then mixed with a cup of milk and sweetened with jaggery or sugar. This emulsion should be given to patients suffering from anaemia.</li></ul><div style="text-align: justify;">          </div><ul style="text-align: justify;"><li>Honey is remarkable for building haemoglobin in the body. This is largely due to the iron, copper, and manganese contained in it</li></ul><div style="text-align: justify;">          </div><ul style="text-align: justify;"><li>There are several other foods which are rich sources of iron and can be used beneficially in the treatment of anaemia. The more important of these are bananas, black grapes, plums, strawberries, raisins, onions, squash, carrots, radish, celery, and tomatoes.</li></ul><span style="font-size:130%;">Other Anemia Treatment</span><ul style="text-align: justify;"><li><h2><span style="font-size:100%;">Cold water baths:<span style="font-weight: normal;">Cold water baths are recommended in anaemia. The patient should be given a cold bath carefully twice daily, the coldness of the water being increased gradually.</span></span></h2></li><li><h3 style="font-weight: bold;"><span style="font-size:100%;">Hot Epsom salts bath and sunbatbs: <span style="font-weight: normal;">A hot Epsom salts bath for five to ten minutes once a week and an occasional steam bath are also useful. Sunbaths are especially beneficial as the sunlight stimulates the production of red cells.</span></span></h3></li><li><h3 style="font-weight: normal;"><span style="font-size:100%;"><span style="font-weight: bold;">Deep breathing and light exercises:</span>  Other important factors that help in curing anaemia are deep breathing and light exercises like walking.</span></h3></li><li><span style="font-weight: bold;">Yogic asanas</span> such as sarvangasana paschimottanasana and shavasana as well as massage are also helpfu1 in this regard.</li></ul></span>

Family is a group of person whose relations to one another are based upon consanguinity and who are kin to another. Family is a group of people living with concern, love, caring, helping, friendly, affectionate in one house. There are many types of family. Some live in a small family, big family, joint family, single parent family and many more.<br /></div><br /><div style="text-align: justify;">Indian culture was known in the world by its strong joint family system which provided strength and new dimensions to society. In ancient times, children had great love and respect for their parents and grandparents, but this can't be easily shown in last 3 decades  rapidly growing nuclear family system over joint family system  is a major reason for this.</div><br /><span class="fullpost"><br /><div style="text-align: justify;">We are living in a very busy and competitive world, where no one is having time to share with his/her family members, which leads to domestic violence. Parents don't have time for their children, husbands don't have time for their wives, which is resulting in isolation for other member/s. They don't have time to celebrate their achievement or to discuss their problems. In this materialistic world, every person is running to acquire more and more materialistic property, to have luxurious life in future. But they don't know that they are losing their present.<br /></div><br /><div style="text-align: justify;">One of the major reasons why new generation was desperate to break out of the joint family was the attitude of the older generation to impose their views and thoughts on younger members of family which leads to repression and suppression giving rise to feelings of discontentment and unhappiness. Family members need to communicate openly and honestly with one another.The elders in the family must encourage and create an environment conducive to open communication.  In the absence of such an environment, family members can feel repressed and suppressed that can lead to discontentment. It is also important that all the members in a family feel accepted for who they are and as they are. The crucial part of acceptance of one another is acceptance of our own weaknesses and limitations and that of others.<br /></div><br /><div style="text-align: justify;">To maintain harmony in the family, decision-making is very important. Elderly members are experienced and mature, hence their decisions should be considered on priority. It is very heart throbbing news that mass family suicides are being reported from different parts of our country. The major reason for such incidents is due to acute financial burden.<br /><br />Mutual interdependence is the main basis of a family and a society. A man cannot live in isolation. He has to depend on others for many things. Global financial meltdown did not affect seriously in India because of various reasons. The bond in Indian families is very strong and another reason is 75% of the people of India live in villages and maximum number of them are engaged in agriculture works<br /><br />Rational approach tells that happiness is a feeling. It is probably the balance of pains and pleasures, fortunes, sacrifice, love, cooperation, harmony, justice, truth and decency. As one grows in age the supreme tension free happiness of childhood is replaced gradually with tensions and unhappiness related to our increased responsibilities.<br /><br />Happiness cannot be seen isolated from those with whom we interact. Every interaction, direct or indirect, can result in different emotional feeling. Most of the unhappiness in the family is the result of disputes over property and one must recognize this and see that through will or otherwise this should be eliminated as the cause for unhappiness. For having a long lasting happy experience we have to ensure that not only we become happy but others also become happy. This is the prime path to happiness in the family.</div></span>

A common feeling amongst people is a search for how best to avoid taxes. This is most dangerous. Avoiding paying taxes is a betrayal. The people should, therefore, be tuned to pay taxes as a duty towards nation. This deserves itself education. Whoever is that rich to pay should pay very willingly but taxation is full of pleaders who find loopholes to evade tax. Civilization is expressed in the happiness of  a nation built through taxes. Contention comes out of people's intentions to build the nation by taxes to help.<br /><br />Unfortunately living a life is sufficiently expensive and majority of people of the nation only make both ends meet. Few only are taxable. Those have to share their earnings to the nation's comforts. Few pay and many are served by the nation. A nation is governed by a defined system- democracy. People govern and under democracy it is the people who have to make good of all expenses involved in all the matters needed for nation's living. Taxes are never a burden but a necessity. Therefore `taxes do help to build the nation' should be a slogan to be popularized through all media available like TV.</div></span>

<div style="text-align: justify;">Residents of Madhya Pradesh are doomed to face the power shortage and cuts along with often being subjected to hike in power tariff. Power supply in houses is reducing whereas the electricity bills are shooting up. Power theft has arisen to worth crores of rupees with 40 per cent of generated power lost in theft.<br /></div><br /><div style="text-align: justify;">The losses in this situation are obviously incurred by the power distribution companies. These losses cannot be recovered from the people engaged in stealing electricity. They are nonchalant with how much are the tariffs hiked. The brunt of losses of power theft is ultimately borne by the consumer who is charged by the electricity meter. The task of stopping the power theft is imperative to the government and the distribution companies. The common consumer is totally helpless to stop this theft while falling prey to hike of tariff.</div><span class="fullpost"><br /><br /><div style="text-align: justify;">The new tariff has been approved and they have been increased by average 3.61 per cent. The new rates would come into force after one week from August 6 and consumers would get electricity bills with increased tariff from the month of September. The tariff for residential users have been hiked by two to four times with rates 7.40 per cent to 14.2 per cent.<br /></div><br /><div style="text-align: justify;">The Electricity Regulatory Commission has introduced the telescopic system for per unit consumption of power. The Commission has set target for distribution companies to reduce the transmission and distribution losses. Commission is giving suggestion to the government to stop the losses in transmission and distribution. 63 per cent of State population lives in 55,000 villages and 37 per cent are urban residents. Most of the villages are reeling under power cuts up to 12 hours. If the power theft is not stopped, the tariff would continue to rise unabatedly.</div></span>

The special groups formed by the college would help Yahoo to continue its research acitivies, even if students leaves the college, he said. TCE was already having research tie-ups with Honewell and Hewlet Packard.</div><span class="fullpost"><br /><br /><div style="text-align: justify;">"Yahoo was impressed with the research infrastructure already available in the college and was willing to provide more hardware facilities to enlarge the scale of research","After Parallel Computing and Distributing Computing, now the research was in the field of cloud computing, which was an advanced field", Abhayakumar, principal of the college said Yahoo, a major user of cloud computing technology, was already operating 'multipole cloud computing clusters. Cloud computing is a new concept', Chidambaram said.<br /></div><br /><div style="text-align: justify;">It would help to optimise performance of computers. The research agreement was also aimed at establishing a "Centre of Excellence in Cloud computing" in the college to foster active research in this emerging field of technology, he said. Cloud computing infrastructure would be developed at TCE to address the needs of academic institutions. "Computational resources for teaching faculty, students and researchers required flexibility in order to be effective in diverse environments". The infrastructure would be enabled in an affordable manner, he said. Chidambaram said the new initiative would help TCE to conduct practical research in cloud computing secenario. It also enlarged the opportunity for students and faculty to experiment with cloud computing and thus add to society's innovation in this high impact area.<br /></div></span>

Made with black lentils, mainly Udad, and flavored with tonnes of flagrant spices, t is indeed a treat to be enjoyed. With its rich taste and unique flavor, it can be served with Chapatis, Parathas or Plain Jeera Rice. Tasty, filling, and full of nutritious value  You could experiment with other types of lentils too, or maybe mix-and-match a few others to keep the variety going!<br /></div><br /><span class="fullpost"><br /><b>Ingredients</b><br />1 cup whole urad dal<br />1/2 cup chana dal<br />3 tbsp ghee (clarified butter)<br />1/2 cup kidney beans - soaked overnight and cooked<br />6 or 7 medium tomatoes<br />1/4 cup chopped garlic<br />2 to 4 serrano or Thai green chillies<br />2 tbsp chopped ginger<br />2 each white and black cardamoms<br />2 bay leaves<br />2 cinnamon sticks (each about 3 inches long)<br />salt - to taste<br />lemon juice - to taste<br />1/2 tsp garam masala<br />1 cup water (or more, as needed)<br />1/2 cup whipping cream<br />chopped cilantro - for garnish<br /><br /><b>Method</b><br /><span style="font-family:georgia;">Traditionally lentils and beans are generally soaked overnight or for atleast 8 hours. </span>Boil the lentils in six cups of water and a pinch of <span style="font-family:georgia;">salt, red </span><span dragover="true"  style="font-family:georgia;">chili powder, fennel seeds powder, turmeric, and grated ginger on the stove-top or in a pressure cooker until they become soft and fall apart. If cooking on the stove-top, skim off foam from time to time.<br /><br />While the lentils are cooking, chop up and cook the tomatoes on medium flame, until they become mushy and leave most of their water. ( You can use 1 cup canned crushed canned tomatoes, but the fresh tomatoes give a better taste)<br /><br />Heat 2 tablespoons ghee (clarified butter), Add 1 teaspoon cumin seeds and allow them to sizzle. Next add 1 cup finely chopped red onion (or shallots) and fry them on medium heat until brown around the edges. Add the chopped ginger and garlic, the whole spices, and the cooked tomatoes. Cover partially with a lid, lower the heat to medium-low and allow to cook and the flavors of the spices to soak in.<br /><br />When you see some of the ghee starts to separate on the surface, add the cooked kidney beans to the Dal. Coarsely mash them, add 1 cup of water, and 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream. Add more water if you need, mix well, and allow to cook for another 10 mins or so.<br /><br />Adjust seasonings to your taste and add a dash of lime if your tomatoes weren’t tart enough. Let it sit for an hour for the flavors to come together. Then Remove the whole spices from the dal.<br /><br />Add a spoonful more of ghee right before serving, garnish with chopped cilantro, and serve with hot Chapatis or Jeera Rice.</span></span>
