How To Apply:
Candidates fulfilling the eligibility criteria may take a print out of the application form and fill up the form in capital letters. The completed application form along with a recent passport size photograph enclosing attested copies of certificates and mark sheets in support of qualification, age, caste, etc. should be sent by ordinary post only to POST BOX NO.61, P.O. - DULIAJAN–786602, ASSAM.
