How an ENTERPRENEURS can be transformed into an ACHIEVERS

Characteristics of Successful EntrepreneursAccording to the survey by Northeastern University's School of Technological Entrepreneurship Thirty-three percent of respondents launched their first venture between the ages of 18 and 30; 13 percent between 30 and 40; and only 12 percent started their first business after the age of 40. Nearly two-thirds of entrepreneurs claim they were inspired to start their own companies by their innate desire and determination, rather than by their education or work experience.

Some feel a true entrepreneur is born out of genetic predisposition. Enterprising spirit is discovered within the individual, not developed by the individual's experience. Entrepreneurship itself a 'skill' which has to there within a individual. The best of the trainers on entrepreneurship development might never have been enterprising at all. I believe that the entrepreneurship comes from the innate desire, determination and the environment around you. its true that one has to be born with it.

But Experience is the best teacher that an entrepreneur has. They can be trained only to become better entrepreneurs. But by just training any one with out this basic 'skill' to become an entrepreneur is probably impossible. Coping up with change and learning is a continuous process. They become better by experience.

There are people who are excited about entrepreneurship. Young entrepreneurs are not afraid to try anything new. But one thing to be kept in mind is that entrepreneurship is not everyone's cup of tea. Entrepreneurship brings in its own risks, one needs to be conscious of the risk appetite one has. The entrepreneur is always hungry for more, acts faster. If on the other hand, your business relationships are defined, you might be having a smoother ride. A shrinking market with more players would only be a catastrophe. Although this may not be evident, it may manifest itself in other ways. Once burnt, twice shy.

US is one of the top countries of the world which promote entrepreneurship at the highest level and the very environment of US promote the little entrepreneur inside you to come out. But in some of the countries starting your own business is very difficult due to bureaucratic policy.

Entrepreneurship is a vision, it just not that your are planning to do something, start something now, and you will be ready when the markets gets "Bullish". Although it might be easier to get into the market but you needs to be carefully understood risk factors, payment behavior, structure, value proposition of the idea and the nature of the business. look for opportunities, think and plan logically, act methodically and don't take shortcut any steps along the way.


There are 2 kinds of entrepreneurs 1)Very conservative, 2)Aggressive. firstly You need to find what kind of an entrepreneur you are or choose as to what kind of an entrepreneur you want to become. Conservative entrepreneurs would not like to take more risks in slowdowns, but Aggressive entrepreneurs take this as an opportunity to explore new things, bring in new ideas into the system which will be the guiding force for the times to come.

History has proved that mostly Aggressive entrepreneurs are the ones who succeed and Became Achievers, definitely If you don't feel those butterflies in your stomach, you're not taking a big enough risk. You'll actually be too comfortable to succeed.

Really entrepreneurship is really a hard think. Entrepreneurship is like hunting in the wild. Fear, is what will keep you going strong as an entrepreneur. Don't be afraid Just, Maintain your focus,Risk is often taken in the wrong way, it means a lot of factors needs to come together. It helps to explore undiscovered territories like(ideas, people, timings, costs, targets), Make a thorough financial planning and a back up plan just in case things don't work And once these are in place then there would be no room for Fear. It will help you solidify the position that failure will not be an option. Those who are able to break the hard and know the art and science of entrepreneurship are living on it and inspiring.
